Job Offer: Widening Participation Events and Operations Coordinator (105069-1123):Job description:Job location: Coventry The Widening Participation (WP) team at Warwick has expanded in recent months and we are recruiting a thirdWidening Participation Events and Operations Coordinatorto support our vision. this function will play an integral part in the work of the team to implement the University's WP strategy and the Access and Participation Plan. The post holder will be expected to support the work of the wider Team alongside more specific areas of work as outlined below. Our new Divisional structure has been split into five core areas, all focused on the delivery of key strategic priorities. The areas of the team include Evidence and Evaluation; Academic Engagement and Internal Community; Educational Partnerships; Sustained Engagement and Widening Access and Student Success.The vacant function is located within Widening Access and Student Success. Widening Access and Student Success The WP Events and Operations Coordinator function will support activity across the whole student lifecycle working with prospective students, current students, academic and professional services staff as well as some pre-entry activity with schools. The primary area of responsibility will be the administration of several University scholarship schemes including theWarwick Taught Masters Scholarship SchemeandUndergraduate and Postgraduate Taught Sanctuary Scholarships; as well as supporting the administration and delivery of theWarwick Scholarsprogramme.
