Job Opportunity: Lecturer in Physiotherapy:Job description:Job location: Gloucester The School of Health and Social Care is seeking an enthusiastic and practiced academic staff to support the Physiotherapy programmes. This post offers an exciting opportunity for you to be involved in moving the School of Health and Social Care forward with its strategic plan to deliver a sustainable health and social care workforce for Gloucestershire and beyond in collaboration with strategic healthcare partners. You will have substantial clinical skills in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and a passion for supporting students to succeed. As a lecturer grade you would be expected to undertake a post graduate certificate in academic practice (PGCAP) on appointment to the function. You must be a Physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy. This post requires a DBS check. The School of Health+ will be relocating from its current premises on Oxstalls Campus to the City Campus, a new development for the University that will be a focal point of Gloucester City, and a modern centre for teaching learning and community partnerships.
