This post is full time, and funded for up to 30 months.
The James Watt School of Engineering is seeking a Research Associate to make a leading contribution to our ADEPT (Accelerated Demonstration of Electric Propeller Technologies) project working in a team under the supervision of Prof. G. Barakos, and in collaboration with leading aerospace companies. The prosperous candidate will conduct pioneering research in electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL) and will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research reports, participate in project meetings and help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
