We are seeking to recruit a new member of staff to our Foundation Learning department. The person needs to have a good working expertise of SEND and EHCPs, with regard to teaching, learning and supporting strategies.
The appointed will be required to prepare, teach and assess to groups of16-19 and 24+ EHCP learners.
We are seeking for a flexible team member who can work within a range of RARPA bespoke programmes and work within the team to develop a fluid and exciting curriculum offer.
You will be expected to deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment across allocated courses, programmes and subjects and be a part of a prosperous team of staff to contribute to the college's expectations of quality.

• Creative and practiced teacher

• capability to work flexibly and be adaptable to changing environments. • Good working expertise of Math and English
• consciousness of SEND strategies.
