About the function As Head of Department of Secondary and Further Education, you will be responsible for the vision and operational planning related to all aspects of the Department of Secondary and Further Education, which includes internal leadership abilities for the preparation of Ofsted inspections, curriculum development and design, recruitment & retention, student employcapability and quality management.
