We have a great opportunity located at our Bedford campus for a Catering adjunct to become a key member of our Bedford College Services department.
As a Catering adjunct, you will play a pivotal function in the success of our students:
   » To provide support and assistance to customers and other staff members
   » To assist in the maintenance of the kitchen and Restaurant facilities and ensure servicecapability and security of tools and equipment, and ensure Health and Safety requirements are met.
   » To present a professional image to all customers and presentation and serving of food to an agreed standard.
Our ideal candidates will have practice of expertise of Health & Safety procedures in catering environment and expertise of food preparation and cooking expertise, alongside the following qualifications:
   » expertise of collecting monies through a cash register & PDQ machine
   » Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalent
   » practice in customer care
   » IT expertise Word, Excel and Outlook
   » Allergen training
