An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lecturer to join the School of Education and Lifelong Learning to teach and support the development of students' professional, Lifewide andentrepreneurship skills on its undergraduate courses.
We seek to appoint an academic who willalso work closely with the Schools' Directors of Employcapability and Learning and Teaching, as well as Course Directors to develop and promoteentrepreneurial andLifewideeducation and related scholarship. In addition, the function will also involve liaising with the School's Workforce Development agentand PlacementCoordinator to identify and support students' work-located learning opportunities. You will havescholarship and teaching skills inprofessional skills, employcapability, enterprise and entrepreneurship for Higher Education?students.
Our undergraduate courses currently feature in the top 5 (PE and Sport, Complete University Guide) and the top 35 (BA Education, Complete University Guide) of national league tables. They are supported by first-class education and sport facilities at UEA and by a strong team of research active academics in the fields of digital education, child development, health and wellbeing, physical education, sports coaching, learner identity and international education, as well as engaged in scholarly activity and professional sector consultancy.??
This full-time post is available from 1 August 2024 for a fixed-term period of 2 years.
