- THE function -

The?School of Communication and Media?is looking to appoint a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer with significant practice in virtual production to teach into the BA Screen Production and a new MA Film and Television Production, both located on our Belfast Campus, to contribute to Research and Impact, to link with industry and with other Academic and Technical Support staff in the wider Ulster Screen Academy.?

The prosperous candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of virtual production technologies across existing and developing programmes, at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and provide an outstanding student practice in preparation for progression into professional life. They will contribute to the school's research outputs and environment and will undertake administrative tasks related to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in screen and media production.

- ABOUT YOU -
   » Hold a Postgraduate qualification in a significant field.
   » Have practice of teaching virtual production concepts and techniques to undergraduate or postgraduate groups through lectures and applied workshops.
   » Have demonstrable knowledge of the importance of storytelling using virtual production techniques.
