CURRENT OPPORTUNITY The Thames Valley District School Board is currently seeking caring and compassionate Secondary Occasional Teachers for needs specific to Transportation Technology to apply. The below Long Term Occasional (LTO) Assignment is currently available: Job location: Glendale High School, Tillsonburg, Ontario Subject Grade 10 Transportation Technology (TTJ2O1) Start Date: May 1, 2024 End Date: June 28, 2024 FTE : 0.33 FTE (Single line scheduled period 1) Applications will be accepted from candidates in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers as well as Teacher Candidates pursuing qualifications in Transportation Technology. In certain circumstances the Board may apply to the Ministry of Education for a Letter of Permission in order to meet its programming needs if a candidate is not certified with the Ontario College of Teachers. Please ensure you have the following included in your application package: » Cover Letter (addressed to Melanie Da Ponte) » Resume » One written reference letter (educational and managery in nature). » Two additional references to be contacted. Please include a current phone number and email address for each. At least one reference must be significant to education one may be from paid employment outside of the education sector.
