Full-Time 40 hours per week Fixed-term 12 month contract The opportunity: Applications are invited for a Clinical Research Fellowship in Cardiology at the University of Edinburgh's Centre for Cardiovascular Science (CVS) with a view to obtaining a PhD. Professor Mills and Dr Lee's research interests are in health data research, cardiac biomarkers, care pathways and data-enabled clinical trials. For further details see the CVS website. Under Professor Mills and Dr Lee's supervision, the appointee will be required to demonstrate an capability to work independently and deliver a wide variety of complex tasks. They will need to demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment and self-motivation to deliver the health data research projects. During this post, the appointee will obtain a higher postgraduate (PhD or MD) degree. This post is full-time (40 hours per week).We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
