Offer: Hospitality Bank Staff:Job description:Job location: Moulton We are seeking for individuals to join our Staff Bank as part of the College hospitality and events team. Are you committed to providing excellent customer service? Are you skilled in preparing and serving food? Are you able to set up rooms and prepare for events? Are you able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision? You may be serving on our on-site bar and for various events all over the year. You would need to be currently available for: Saturdays from 8.00 am until 4.00 pm or 10.00 am until 6.00 pm. OR Sundays from 8.00 am until 4.00pm OR Wednesday Evening from 5.00 pm until 10.00 pm. There may be additional hours available to meet business needs all over the year. Your tasks You will be preparing and serving a range of meals, beverages and refreshments within the nominated College food retail outlets and elsewhere on the estate. You will be preparing the food retail outlet, kitchen and other areas of the College, including cleaning and the arrangement of furniture. You will operate sales recording equipment as required. You will clean our accommodation blocks to maintain a high quality residential practice. Person Specification You will be skilled or have practice of preparing and serving food. In addition you will be committed to providing excellent customer service. For any of our functions you will be committed to good Health & Safety practices set out by the College.
