Recruitment agent - Apprenticeships and expertise:Job description:Job location: Nottingham, Hybrid The Professional and Work-located Learning Team at the University of Nottingham have a great opportunity for a driven Recruitment agent to join our team. As a Recruitment agent, you will play a pivotal function in identifying, attracting, and initiating strong employer partnerships to generate numbers for our degree apprenticeship and work-located development programmes. The function will support the administration and customer service aspect of the recruitment process, from advertising right through to contract issuing. Development of Degree Apprenticeship provision is of strategic importance to the University and we have a comprehensive suite of programmes across our Faculties. We partner with a range of organisations from blue chip, global companies, to local SMEs to deliver teaching and learning to apprentices all over England. To help us meet our ambitious recruitment targets We are seeking for an practiced Recruitment agent (preferably gained in the apprenticeships sector) who can combine their target driven approach, and their expertise and practice of the expertise agenda with our outstanding research-led teaching to deliver a truly exceptional offer to industry! The prosperous candidate will join a well-respected, effective and friendly employer engagement team and will take incoming enquiries, develop new leads and work with other industry facing teams at the University to manage employers and apprentices through the application process and meet the recruitment targets for each of our programmes. They will need to develop good internal relationships, become familiar with the programmes we offer, and ensure that robust evidence is collated to meet the ESFA funding Rules and to satisfy Ofsted. In return, they will be supported in developing their career, allowing them to progress towards their career goals in a friendly, flexible environment. The team works in a hybrid fashion; in the house with regular on-campus days in Professional Service Hubs. This is a full time (36.25 hour), permanent position.
