Job Offer: Grounds Maintenance Operative:Job description:Job location: Norwich income on appointment will be £21,564per annum (plus snow clearance allowance). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join the Estates Grounds Team. In this function, you'll undertake routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, litter picking, and mechanical street sweeping. You'll contribute to creating a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment for students, staff and visitors to the University. You will need a valid UK driving licence (with no more than 3 penalty points), an capability to work outdoors, interpersonal and communication expertise and an interest in grounds maintenance work. You'll also need to be able to participate in our snow and ice clearance rota.
