We have a great opportunity to join the IT Services Department as a Digital Capcapability Support agent working on site, in Banbury Road near the city centre.
The Digital Capcapability Support agent is the go-to facilitator and trouble-shooter for the Digital Capabilities Team, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional customer service to users.

Whether it's answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, or assisting with digital tools, your capability to communicate effectively and address user needs promptly will be essential. Working within a well-knit team, you will serve as a friendly and expertiseable point of contact, ensuring a positive user practice and fostering strong relationships.
   » In this function, you'll often find yourself juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. From handling user requests to processing finance tasks or managing system updates, your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial.

   » You will have strong customer service and communication expertise with the capability to engage with people in both a professional and personable manner. Whether it's answering inquiries or covering concerns, as the initial point of contact, your function is pivotal in ensuring a seamless practice for our delegates and teachers.

In this function, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of course data and managing financial transactions with accuracy, as well as superviseing the setup of our computer teaching rooms. Your attention to detail will be instrumental in supporting the operations of our services.
   » You are tech-savvy and a quick learner: You are comfortable with technology and have a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Your capability to provide timely IT and AV support is crucial, as is your readiness to address and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
