Visa Compliance agent:Job description:Job location: London, Moorgate, Hybrid Working Hours: 35 Job location: Dual Job location: London Moorgate and Homeworking Contract Type: FTC - 7 Months As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, We are seeking for high-calibre people to join our Visa Compliance team as a Visa Compliance agent *Please note - This is a dual location position - with two days per week located in our London campus and three days homeworking. This is a great opportunity to enter a well-established and respected department. As a Visa Compliance agent you will carry out compliance tasks related to international student visa sponsorship. Youwill be: » Working closely with stakeholders across the University, implementing all policies and processes concerning our sponsor tasks to the Home Office » Assessing and advising on the eligibility for student visa sponsorship of prospective and current students » Maintaining up-to-date audit trails and records for all international students registered at the University. » Carrying out on course monitoring across the university for all international students We are seeking for people who are/have: » Capable of processing large amounts of complex information efficiently, while maintaining a high attention to detail » Able to work within established processes and policies. » Excellent communication expertise (both verbal and written) » A positive attitude and commitment to providing an excellent customer service.
