We are recruiting for an Administrator to join our Admissions team, where you will provide a professional, efficient and excellent, customer focused service by administering College admissions to a high standard.
As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Admissions team and curriculum areas as defined by the Senior Admissions Leader. Day to day this will include:
   » The administration of applications and admissions for courses college wide, involving direct contact with students and programme staff and liaison with other College services.
   » Accurately inputting data in relation to College admissions processes.
   » Responding effectively and efficiently to customer contact which could include external partners, employers, staff, managers, students and their parents.
As an Administrator,you should have:
   » GCSE A*-C / 9 -4 in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualification
   » practice of accurately inputting data to set procedures
   » practice of working in a busy office environment
   » Excellent administration and IT expertise, including Microsoft Office Word and Excel
   » The capability to manage and organise own work into a logical and practical way
