This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious academic to join the Division of Neuroscience at The University of Sheffield and make a significant contribution to Neuroscience research through electrophysiology. We are pursuing a non-clinical academic to join the multidisciplinary teams of researchers who are investigating the pathogenesis of neurological diseases with the goal of translating insights into new therapeutic approaches.
You will integrate into the Division of Neuroscience, which is currently one of the three constituent Divisions of The School of Medicine and Population Health (SMPH). The post represents an exciting opportunity to develop individual innovative neuroscience research using electrophysiology and to also contribute to new and continuing projects. We are pursuing a highly motivated person with a track record of conducting high quality electrophysiology research in neuroscience. You will be expected to have evidence of academic achievement, for example in the form of high-quality publications.
