Requirements for the function:
   » capability to work with multiple departments, manage multiple projects and workload, using initiative to make decisionsandpractice of line managing people.
   » At least 3 years' practice of managing and reporting on Social Paid / Search and Displaycampaigns for both prospecting and remarketing approaches
   » Strong expertise of website analytics tools (Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager), to ensure fully trackable digital activities, as well as being able to extract and report on data from different platforms.
Responsibilities for the function:
   » To manage the College's digital marketing strategy in line with our department objectives, alongside the Senior Web and Digital Marketing agent. ?
   » To work with the senior web and digital marketing agent on development projects to improve the customer practice as well as increase traffic and conversion rates.
   » To line manage and supervise the workload for direct reports to deliver work for the digital marketing remit.
The Job location: The site is located in Nuneaton. This is a great place to live with plenty of social and other facilities together with great transport links.
