Key Responsibilities: » Curriculum Development: Develop engaging learning materials and assess student assignments to ensure learning goals are achieved and progress is accurately recorded. » Program Management: Contribute to the management of learning programs by implementing quality assurance measures, providing guidance and counselling to students, and supporting student administration processes. » leadership abilities and Research: Contribute to course verification, leadership abilities initiatives, and engage in research or consultancy activities to enhance program effectiveness. » Subject Area Development: Coordinate with course teams and students to effectively deliver curriculum content, manage timetabling, and supervise day-to-day program operations. » Accountcapability: Take on increasing levels of responsibility for coordinating course teams and students within specific program areas to ensure optimal curriculum delivery. » Classroom Management: Create a supportive learning environment, teach a range of further and higher education courses, and provide individualized support to students to meet their learning needs.
