We invite applications for the post of Lecturer in Sociology and Social Policy (Discapability Studies). We are seeking for someone to enhance and extend our teaching portfolio and bring a lively research agenda which will both complement our existing skills and pursue lines of empirical enquiry. We particularly welcome candidates whose work focuses on the global south and/or global east - covering issues of indigeneity, decolonisation, and comparative / transnational research - and who have practice of digital programme development and teaching.
With a doctorate in a significant area of sociology, social policy or a related discipline, you will have significant research and teaching practice and a proven record of research funding commensurate with career stage.
