The University of East Anglia seeks a dedicated and innovative Energy Manager to join our Sustaincapability team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the university's energy management strategy to ensure energy efficiency and sustaincapability across all operations.
this function involves collaboration across campus to promote sustainable energy practices, reduce energy consumption, and minimize our environmental impact.
You'll conduct regular energy audits to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for energy savings, as well as lead and manage energy conservation projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.
You will have:
   » A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
   » significant training and/or practice in automation
This full-time post is available from 1 July 2024 on an indefinite basis.
