The Francis Holland Schools Trust currently comprises three leading independent girls' schools in two central London locations. While each school has its own vision and ethos, the Trust's overarching commitment is to nurture pupils' potential, develop resilience and help them become fulfilled adults who will make a positive difference in a fast-changing inter-connected world. From September 2024, Francis Holland Junior School (which is currently located at Francis Holland School, Sloane Square) will relocate to an iconic Grade II listed building in the heart of Chelsea, just off the King's Road, and become Francis Holland Preparatory School for girls aged 4-11.

Francis Holland Trust seeks to appoint a Head of Compliance this a new function working at trust level to support the schools with all levels of compliance management. this function will advise the COO and Senior leadership abilities teams on aspects of regulatory compliance including but not limited to Health and Safety, data protection and Independent Schools Inspectorate, and other legal issues relating to the management of the schools.
The prosperous candidate will establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communication, training and reporting to ensure all responsibilities with regards to health and safety and regulatory compliance are met and all schools are inspection ready.
The prosperous candidate will have excellent expertise of strategies to support compliance management of data protection, health and safety, safeguarding and the ISSRs. Confident expertise of and capability to apply Keeping Children Safe in Education Evidence of appropriate continued personal and professional development and broad secure expertise and capability in relation to compliance in schools.
