Tresham College, are currently recruiting for a Lecturer - Access to HE (Health and Social Sciences) at our Kettering Campus.
Lecturers at Tresham , play a pivotal function in the success of our students by completing the following:
   » Deliver on both our Level 3 Access to HE and Level 2 Pre-Access programmes in Health Professionals and Social Sciences.
   » To support and guide students to achieve success and realise their potential.
   » To manage students' learning and provide a high-quality learning practice.
   » To contribute pro-actively to developments in the Access to HE Department in curriculum development and innovative teaching.
   » To participate in marketing and promotion activities to support a range of programmes and learning opportunities.
Ideal candidates will have recent practice of teaching and assessing Access to HE courses within an FE setting, alongside the following qualifications:
   » significant degree
   » Certificate in Education/PGCE or equivalent or availability to achieve
   » GSCE Maths and English (grades A - C) or equivalent
