   » Play a pivotal function is sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to drive the growth and success of our Group.
   » Make significant impact by being responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating candidate evaluations.
   » Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract candidates who align with our company culture and values.
   » Use metrics to present the current and emerging picture, you will work closely with our People Service leads to ensure that our recruitment strategies are regularly reviewed and continuously developed.
Able to make an immediate contribution, you're likely to be an practiced recruitment professional, who ideally holds a minimum level 3 qualification in Human Resources, or similar, and can demonstrate:
   » A strong consciousness of candidate attraction and selection.
   » Good practical knowledge of ?best practice' HR principles and procedures, particularly in respect of equal opportunities and other significant employment law.
   » Excellent communication and relationship building expertise, plus the capability promote/drive change and add real value to overall business and team performance.
