Offer: Multi-Skilled Technician:Job description:Job location: London About the function The Multi Skilled Technician function will provide strategic engineering service delivery for the provision, development, and management of an broad portfolio of all hard and soft services, which supports the achievement of the Queen Mary Strategic Plan, enabling staff and students to work and lgain efficiently and effectively. As a member of the EAF engineering team, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that all services are proactive, driven to adopt industry best practice and methodologies, and to ensure the delivery of high quality, solution focused reliable and resilient estates technical service. About You The prosperous candidate will be a highly motivated professional with a proven record of accomplishment in prosperously managing and delivering an effective maintenance service. The prosperous candidate will be qualified in Engineering or a building related discipline, or equivalent significant practice, with practice of maintenance management. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in conformity with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points located Immigration Scheme.
