Job Opportunity: Faculty Partnerships Team Leader:Job description:Job location: Canterbury, Hybrid Background The main purpose of this function is to manage the improvement and change of key Partnership processes with the Faculty, with a focus on those within Christ Church Business School. It will provide high level executive support to the Director of Partnerships and the Deputy Directors and line manage the Partnership Executive agents within the Deans Office. The function will include the management of Academic Misconduct cases, appeals, TLA's, LSP's for all the Partnership activity within the faculty liaising with internal student procedures and key contacts within Partner Institutions The function It will involve working closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to improve student and staff practice. You will contribute to robust support for the delivery of Vision 2030 strategies of student learning, life and futures / Research, enterprise and Innovation / People, culture and community. The function has been designed to promote creative collaboration in the delivery of key improvement projects. Christ Church Business School has around 10,000 plus students studying on collaborative partner courses across the UK and internationally. Courses are either validated or franchised from Canterbury Christ Church University. Locations include London, Manchester, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Cyprus, UAE, Singapore and Spain. The Person To be prosperous in this function you will be an approachable and self-motivated team player with practice of leading a team or project group. You will take a pro-active approach to forward planning whilst remaining flexible to changing needs. You should be positive, pro-active, self-motivated and approachable. The post holder will need to organised and demonstrate the capability to work with professionalism and flexibility in responding to changing priorities. A good level of IT skill (in particular in Microsoft excel, outlook and teams) and excellent communication expertise across a variety of customers, colleagues and stakeholders are key to being prosperous in this function.
