Applications are invited for one Research adjunct position for the El-Erian Institute.
Applications from candidates with backgrounds in social sciences (economics, psychology and related disciplines), with significant practice in quantitative research methods, are invited. Candidates should have a Master's degree, including quantitative empirical expertise, and provide evidence of interest in policy engagement.
The post will be located in the El Erian Institute for Behavioural Economics and Public Policy, a new interdisciplinary institute housed in Judge Business School. It is led by Professor Lucia Reisch, the El Erian Professor of Behavioural Economics and Public Policy. We are currently a team of 9 and are looking for someone who likes to support our research and teaching.
The Research adjunct will work on different teaching and research-related tasks, supervisen by Professor Lucia Reisch. Two days per week will be assigned to the evaluation of the continuing Cambridge Zero - Cambridge Colleges Sustainable Food Initiative. Other tasks will consist of doing literature search; supporting data retrieval, cleaning, and analysis of current research projects; preparing teaching material. Due to the project work, the RA is expected to work most of the days in our institute in Cambridge.
