Job Opportunity: Course Team Leader - ESOL - Young Learners:Job description:Job location: Hayes We are pursuing an organised and practiced individual to fill the function of Course Team Leader for ESOL - Young Learners. You would teach across a range of ESOL courses, supervise a team and day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievement. You will possess a degree or equivalent, an ESOL teaching qualification and a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. DET or equivalent), or be willing to achieve a recognised FE sector teaching qualification. You should have prosperous practice of teaching ESOL, a good knowledge of the needs of young ESOL learners and will have gained some curriculum co-ordination/leadership abilities practice.
