The function:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an practiced HE Lecturer to work in close collaboration with colleagues across both the Children and Young People and Education and Early Years degree programmes where the prosperous candidate will deliver excellence in teaching and learning. The prosperous candidate will teach a range of modules across both programmes, including on the Foundation Year, L4, L5 and L6, including part-time provision and with a possible evening session. There are also opportunities and expectations to contribute to the development of a dynamic, innovative and high-quality Higher Education and Higher Level expertise portfolio across the Faculty of Health, Education and Community in partnership with our awarding bodies. The prosperous candidate will have a proven track record in inspirational teaching with excellent subject expertise.
General Requirements:
   » Proven track record of inspirational teaching and learning and excellent subject expertise
   » Industry practice within one or both disciplines
   » practice of HE teaching of either discipline
   » Hold a recognised teaching qualification
   » Be qualified to Masters Level in either discipline
