Senior Finance adjunct:Job description:Job location: Sheffield Working pattern: Full Time (Flexible working opportunities can be explored) We have a great opportunity in the Department of Finance for someone with a dedication to providing excellent customer service who will provide outstanding financial administration support across the breadth of our business. You will be part of a Financial Management team within the Department of Finance, closely aligned to, reporting on a day to day basis to an Finance Business Partner within the team. We are seeking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible and proactive team player to provide essential financial and purchasing support. You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent or possess equivalent qualifications or work practice. In this varied function, you will be supporting delivery of the Department of Finance's vision: to enable the achievement of research, innovation and education ambitions through collaboration and working together as One University. You will be working with a wide variety of diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the service we provide to all is exceptional. As such, the capability to persuade and influence at all levels when dealing with challenging customer service situations is desirable. The Department of Finance develops and implements dynamic and future focused financial strategies to support the University's aims, whilst maintaining sound financial oversight and administration in managing the University's financial affairs.
