About us
The Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources (BSEER) delivers world-leading teaching, research and policy support on the challenges of climate change and energy security. Located within the Bartlett faculty the school is comprised of four institutes: the UCL Energy Institute, Institute for Environmental Design and Engineering, Institute for Sustainable Heritage, and Institute for Sustainable Resources. About the function You will work under the direction of the BSEER PhD Programmes Manager and in conjunction with the Departmental Deputy Director of Education (PGR) and Institute Departmental Graduate Tutors (Research) (DGRTI) and with key academic staff all over BSEER. You will provide specialist administration to designated postgraduate research (PGR) degree programmes, ensuring effective procedures are adopted and documented for dealing with all aspects of the administration. You will deliver effective administrative support for all matters relating to the education activities of approximately 130 postgraduate research students from enquiry and admissions through the duration of their PhD to completion and graduation.
