Systems and Processes agent (Placements):Job description:Job location: Norwich, Hybrid income on appointment will be£28,929per annum, with an annual increment up to£35,308per annum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for aSystems and Processes agent (Placements)to join the Data Quality and Standards Team within the University Finance, Planning and Governance Division. You will leadon technical and business process analysis, data quality analysis, helpdesk support, system training and guidance, system testing planning and execution, and system roadmap development for the InPlace stakeholders both internal and external to the university. You will have practice of system data and process analysis, delivering training and support to help end users through system tasks and issues, an capability to produce clear technical and training documentation. You will have strong data and processanalysis expertise, and ideally have practice of using specific software such as Tribal (SITS), InPlace, Ceremonies, and Tableau. You will be able to meet all essential criteria detailed in the candidate brochure.
