About the function
As an Executive Office Administrator will work as part of a dynamic and proactive team, in this fast paced and varied function, you will provide a high level of administrative support to the Group's Senior leadership abilities Team and Governors.
You will help ensure the Executive Office runs efficiently, supporting with the scheduling of diaries, organisation and administration of meetings, the organisation of functions and events, assist in preparation of reports and presentations and provide general administrative support for the Senior leadership abilities Team.
As Executive Office Administrator you will be able to communicate effectively and be required to provide administrative support within a large and complex organisation, will have excellent communication (both verbal and written) as well as good organisational, time management and prioritisation expertise.
You will?
To be prosperous as an Executive Office Administrator, you will have practice of diary management for managers and/or senior leaders and have worked with Microsoft Office applications, being able to demonstrate high level of organisational and IT expertise.
Ideally, you will have previous practice as a Personal adjunct or similar, as well as having been involved in coordinating events.
You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths and a Level 3 Business Administration qualification (or be willing to obtain).
Department Info
You will report to the Executive Director of Strategic Planning & Corporate Services and work as part of the Executive Administration Team. You will contact with members of the Senior leadership abilities Team on a everyday basis, as well as working closely with colleagues across all departments within the organisation.
