Offer: Administrator:Job description:Job location: Norwich Are you looking for a new challenge? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to undertake secretarial and administrative tasks to support theUniversity Safety Services Divisionand deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. You will provide efficient, pro-active and high-quality customer support and assist the Divisionby undertaking a number of secretarial and administrative tasks including drafting reports, taking minutes, arranging travel, organising meetings, answering queries and diary management. You will also assist in purchasing equipment and undertake financial processes where required. You will have a good standard of education with minimum of 5 passes at GCSE Grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications) or practice in providing administrative support. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication expertise are essential as is the capability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment. You'll also have practice of updating websites. Previous practice in procurement processes and budget management would be advantageous.
