Soft FM Services are responsible for cleaning and portering services to the university's academic, administrative, and residential estate. Soft FM facilitates all university key events, such as graduation and open days and ensures areas are prepared for other events such as receptions and summer conferences. Soft FM Services is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Cleaner to join our busy team. tasks of the function We are seeking for a self-motivated and personable individual who has a real passion for delivering cleaning services to the highest standards. You will be part of a dedicated team of cleaners delivering cleaning services to the academic and administrative estate, working one of the shift patterns below: Morning - 15 hours per week to be worked. Current working hours for this post are Monday to Friday 5.30am to 8.30am. Evening - 15 hours per week to be worked. Current working hours for this post are Monday to Friday 5pm to 8pm. Please state which shift you are interested in when you apply. expertise and qualifications You must have the capability to undertake domestic cleaning to a high standard with good communication expertise, a positive attitude to delivering good customer service and a flexible approach to work. You will ideally have an knowledge of any Health and Safety information and guidance, in order to carry out the safe use of chemical and equipment, however this is not essential as training will be provided. It is important that you are able to undertake physical aspects of the post, and have a flexible and positive approach to work, with a professional manner. **Please note that this vacancy is being advertised on a rolling basis.
